Your 400m time = Best 200m x 2 + 2 seconds
Rubbish lah wth ._. 28.4 x 2 + 2 = 58.8s
Dumbass website. LOL. I think my timing's more of 28.4 x 2 + 20 = 76.8
Sounds more reasonable... Though I won't even be able to clock that. shhhhhhhheeeeeeeettttttxz.

Pressure me

Finally

First 13.xx for this season. Waited damn long to break last year's pb of 13.82s, and it seemed as though it was becoming impossible (considering my shit 14.17 timing during All Comer's 1 ._.) Either way, did a 13.65s today for 100m bigggg thanks to those who cheered me on :) oh well, now 13.65 seems unbreakable. Cross my fingers, I wanna make it to semis.

Long jump was shit. And I'm really considering dropping it. Like wth. Sat trngs for long jump aren't really helpful since I hardly ever get to do proper jumps and my run up is so kickass screwed I can't believe it. wts. Was hoping for a 4.8m or AT LEAST  4.5m. Screw it.

Damn tired. Gonna sleep later after we play mahjong online :) only had 1 hour of sleep ytd/this morning lah wts. I'm surprised I didn't faint of exhaustion or smth today.
